Actually, the switch has several glaring design flaws that Nintendo actually dealt with after the mention of a lawsuit. They waited 1 year after making the switch to make a paywall for online play, they never fixed faulty joy con and charged a hell’s a lot of money for new ones, they purposely never added a way to save to an external drive so that people had to pay to save their games safely( and that’s for very few games), and they promised designated servers for whoever paid for online just for them to, surprise surprise, only work on very few games (not including mario maker 2 or Splatoon 2)
