Its not his facts. Its just plain facts, its objective information. For example, you might think your superman and can fly without technology, but the law of gravity doesn't care, the moment you jump off a building, you're going down.
Gravity doesn't care about your subjective thoughts. You don't have to care about facts but you would be living in a fantasy world. Which is fine, but don't drag the rest of the world into it, by making laws on it and allowing violence on those who don't believe in your feelings.
