You can't, you can only see views and upvotes, and if you click on the meme to view it, you can also see how long ago the meme was made.

Lol, that's part of the meme! I took a screenshot of an image from an approval que image I had and when approving an image, it shows '0 ups, 0 downs, 0 views', (or however many ups, downs, or views it has) because it says '1 views', which isn't grammatically correct.
