Where do they get the $125,000,000 figure from?

Thats like the cost of 170,000 business class flights, round trip from Washington Dulles to the Miami Airport. So adding all the costs associated with moving the entourage back and forth, security accomodation and whatever I still dont grasp how these figures are accurate.
