Presumed, but.... You have to pay lawyers, bail out of jail, your movements are restricted, the system places a "under court" on your records for background; and the arrest alone stays on your record; regardless if you are found innocent or guilty (and you will be judged by future employers). And that is all without getting your day in court to begin to prove your innocence.

All that is irrelevant to presumed innocent in the eyes of the court... law enforcement a different beast... they don't have to presume your innocence (and shouldn't). Two different systems.

He is not "guilty" at all. Impeachment isn't guilt. Impeachment is accusation. Senate determines if the House's nonsense is rejected or accepted..

Impeachment only means the House felt (in this case in a phony sham) there were charges to be brought. They are about to be schooled on their foolishness.
