Booze in the little 1 1/2 ounce glasses are called shots.... More familiarly, they're "shooters".
A sauna is a room that you sit in, heated by steam. Saunas can reach temperatures between 78-90°C (180-195°F). That's a hot room!
SO...alcohol & heat = shooters & the sauna. Got it?
