A lot of times I just watch a lot of YouTube on my computer, wait until it overheats, and put it on wherever my cramp is. That actually really helps. Also YouTube distracts and honestly makes me happier. And definitely try to get extra sleep! It really helps with my mood.

Yea i used to get it real bad, but I would go into angry rages and I wasn't a nice person top be around. The least little thing would tick me off. So i asked my doctor and she recommended a vitamin just for PMS and its been night and day. I haven't gone into that dark zone in a long time. PMS is a real pain as if we didn't have enough to deal with!

Honestly:
Not bath,Tv,and hanging out with friends
Ifeel you,though.One time,I had cramps so bad that I was pale.and sweaty.my family took me to a hospital,and had tests run.😳
