If you want a 'yes' answer, I'd go with "Anything can be political when you look at it a certain way."

If you want a 'no' answer, I'd go with "Using a political figure as a means of making a point doesn't necessarily make that message itself political."

The good part is, upvotes aren't even really needed in this stream yet (because most people following will see whatever's posted, whether it has a lot of upvotes or not).
