The deranged would love to see his school records and whether they are good or bad. I doubt he needs anymore psychopathic anger that he already gets from some.

i know. that's what makes it seem so dumb, but i suppose someone who works in the registrar's office might see a chance for a quick buck made anonymously, selling them to the Post or such.
