Well then... Let's just have an opening scene and work it from there. Or, here:
The forest was outlined with a warm yellow from the sun that was slowly setting, a gentle breeze blew, rustling the leaves of old trees that resides deep in the heart of the forest. Shadow sat high in a tree, looking to the setting sun.
"I should go back..." He muttered.
So, he then climbed down the boughs of the tree until he reached the ground. He didn't want to go back. His parents were abusive and his girlfriend had just broken up with him to be with someone who claimed to be 'better than him', thus making Shadow angrier than usual. He didn't want anyone to cross his path, but he didn't want to return home either.

Terror's dialogue: As terror returned from school he met up with his friends. They laughed together and talked and Terror thought out loud "My name has nothing to do with my personality" his friends laughed but Terror was serious. As he looked at his arm his silver clock said it was 8:45. His curfew was 8:30 so he was scared his parents would be mad. He drove home in his dad's old mustang he got this year when he got his driver's license. He parked into the garage of his parent's house. As he exited the car he entered his house only to find blood...

"Damn it..." Shadow muttered.
It had happened again. This dark power he had was too powerful at times and he lost control and killed innocent people. He looked down at his bloody hands and gulped. That's when he heard a door open.
"SHIT!" Shadow yelled quietly, "I need to get out of here!"
He went to a window, but it was locked and if he broke it, the person who had entered would know his location, but Shadow had come through the door and that's where the person was.
Looking around, Shadow saw a closet and quickly hid in it.

Sorry, it took so long to respond I took a shower and got groceries.
Terror was overcome by fear. The sight of blood made him uneasy. Trembling he called 911. He went to his room only to find the carcasses of his beloved parents. He cried in agony "WHY THEM" he screamed. There was a knife. He held the knife in his hands. The police came and found him holding the knife with his parents bodys on the floor. It was a trap.

Shadow looked out through the closet through the small openings in the doors and saw a boy holding a knife and surrounded by a cops.
He got himself into this! He just HAD to pick up my knife, Shadow thought, Well, I HAD left it out.
"Argh..." He whispered, "I gotta do something..."
Shadow held a hand against the door and shut his eyes, then focused. The walls and floor became black as a strange, black fog suffused all around the room, Shadow's dark powers.
"Get out, kid!" He then shouted.
The dark fog was poisonous to everyone but Shadow himself and it could kill in under 5 minutes, so he hoped the kid could get out.

He heard someone in his closet scream something. He couldn't hear anything but "-OUT". But then something burst. There was fog everywhere. This wasn't any normal fog. It was poisonous fog! As the officer pulled out her gun Terror knocked her out and sprinted. There was back up to get him. At this point, he didn't care. He was mad, sad, and confused. He wanted to know who that dark and shadowy figure was? But there was no time to think.

Geez, is he just going to STAND there?! Shadow thought to himself, Well, if something needs to be done right, you gotta do it yourself...
Shadow pulled out an extra knife he had and slowly walked out into the black fog, using is as cover. He could see through the fog, as to him it was just a light gray, while to others it was completely black. Due to that, he quickly found the boy and went to his side.
"Follow me, and DON'T question anything, got it?!" Shadow snarled.

At this point, he just wanted to live. He wanted to know killed his parents. There were 8 police cars behind them and 2 helicopters. I looked over to find him going 110 mph. "Are you f**king crazy?!?!" I asked. He responded with "can you shut your big ass mouth." This guy had to be mental. I'm starting to think he killed my parents. I climbed over to the seat next to him and took over the steering wheel. "What the hell is wrong with you?!?" I thought to myself "I'm the crazy one." and punched him.

"YES, I AM CRAZY, NOW WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" Shadow said, grabbing the boy's forearm beside his fist made contact with him.
Shadow quickly stepped on the brakes before crashing into anything due to this lunatic.
"Shit, okay, that's it." Shadow went into his pocket and pulled out a syringe, then stabbed it into the boy's neck, which it would cause him to fall asleep in about 30 seconds. It seemed like a lifetime, but soon the boy was asleep, so Shadow grabbed him then the boy turned dissapeared in a cloud of black smoke since he had teleported him to his base, but he had just used up all his shadowy powers and now had to make it to the base himself.
"Just like mother said, Shadow," Shadow said to himself, looking to the 50 mph speed limit sign before going 110 mph again, "rules were meant to be broken."

"Where am I?" Terror thought out loud. "Wheres my jacket? Where the hell am I?"

Well, somehow I got away, I had stopped under a tree outside of my base and got out, then ran inside. I don't knew where he specifically went, but the boy had to be around here somewhere... and he probably wanted me dead.
"Hey, I'm sorry. Please, don't hurt me, I can explain." He called out.

As I was running this random man screamed: "Follow me, and DON'T question anything, got it?!" Of course, I had many questions but I listened.

Since he probably couldn't see me in the black fog, I grabbed his arm and started running, bringing him with me. We were on the second floor and I saw a window, the closest exit, but it was closed and locked and it was close to those 5 minutes for this fog...
"I'm sorry about this, but-" I stopped, quickly elbowed the window, breaking the glass, then threw him outside, which the house wasn't that tall, so there wouldn't be too much damage. I then looked around, then jumped outside and landed on my feet like a cat.

As we were running this crazy-ass dude pushes me out of a window. I really wanted to just punch him in the face and ask " WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING." But I was falling. He made a perfect landing while I fell face first in the concrete. Even though it was a shortfall I was bleeding so he carried me to the police car. I wanted to know what this dumbass was thinking.

"Look, man, I'm sorry, I'll explain as soon as we get... ugh, never mind." Shadow threw the boy into the car and quickly got into the driver seat. "If I were you, I'd suggest holding on."
Shadow steps onto the gas pedal after starting the car.

Terror found him. He still had the knife from the man that killed him. Did he have magic? What did he do back there at my house? I grabbed the knife and was about to stab him. Shadow screamed "Hey, I'm sorry. Please, don't hurt me, I can explain." "WHY DID YOU KILL MY PARENT'S."

His parents*. My brain can't work today, lol.

"Because, I didn't. It wasn't me, it was my mind, it gets kind of... messed up. It's hard to explain, but I'm sorry."
Shadow really couldn't explain, but he was stepping back and had a hand on the pommel of his sword, ready to fight if needed.
