Many, but I don't think most, let alone all.

Can you name a civilization that hasn't committed genocide?

I think you'll find is most if not all civilizations at some point in history committed some kind of genocide.

I'm gonna need extensive proof before I believe such an extreme allegation.

Open a history book I believe you'll find plenty. No doubt genocide is a disgusting act against any kind of people or group, but we should learn from these mistakes and keep them from happening again.
