nervous breakdown

Do you have anyone IRL to turn to? I mean I'm happy to listen but my words are just words on a screen. Sometimes having a shoulder to cry on, a friend's voice to calm you, someone to have fun with and forget your troubles for awhile can help.

Someone to talk too? Not really,no.
Well,my sister is in a horrible state.She won't eat,she's always exhausted,she spent all of last night crying on the floor.She is my favorite person,and it looks me to see her sad.

I for one am scared that my mom's gonna split(she said she would ),and my dad is in the military,and we hate it,especially now that he is on duty in another state for a year,and there's a dumb policy that we can't visit him.I have not 1 but 2 special needs brothers.One is suicidal,and the other is not himself.I never sleep,we have to sell a house in 2 months(we were planning 2 years.)
No one has been actually happy for 7 years,until an incident.Now we never talk to eachother,when we do we yell and fight.Actually physical fighting.My dad has to keep them from literally killing eachother when he is home for 6 hours a day.

That's quite a lot to deal with. I'm sorry you're going through all that, and I wish I could be of more help. It sounds like you've had to be the strong one in your family. Does faith play any sort of role in your family's life?

Well,we can't drive to church,the closest one is 3hours away,but we watch mass online from cape cod.

You must really live in the middle of nowhere which doesn't help matters, must feel isolating at times. It's good you watch Mass on TV. I was referring more to daily prayer time. Have you prayed together as a family? Or pray for eachother? Sounds like you're all fighting spiritual as well as emotional and mental battles. Do you attend school? I grew up in a military family also with mom having to take care of my brother and I (who was special needs) but never for a year. That's an awfully long time to be apart. Can you write to your dad or call him?

Yes,I can call him
We say Grace at the table,but we pray separately at night.
And yes,I go to school.One of my brothers is homeschooled,and he is not himself,so when he misbehaves,it gets out mom on edge,and I can't say that I claim either of them.

Not nowhere,just surrounded by Lutheran and Episcopalian churches.Catholic churches are hard to find where I live.
