No. That's why they're clandestine. You can't have an embassy with a nation you're at war with - your options for diplomatic relations with a country you're at war with are either "more war" or "we've warred enough".

Thanks for admitting war in 1979 when our embassy was attacked, taken over, and we had none in Iran.
