A lot, Biology is stressing me out and I have mid terms coming up, which I opted out of 2 midterms, but I know it's still going to be stressful, and I know that even when I start feeling better, anything slightly negative makes me depressed again and I've kind of been cutting ties with friends due to that and haven't been participating much anymore. I have really bad nightmares about suicide and that really affects me, which has made me afraid to sleep and now I'm low on sleep. And I used to really enjoy science, but I can't anymore due to Bio since that class basically scarred me for life now. I have a fear of failing it and I just feel like I'm not good enough most of the time and I always think that I'm better of dead, but I could never come closer to that than just thought, fortunately. I go to group in school, but it just hasn't been helping, it just makes it worse and I feel like nobody understands and that I'm being blamed for everything, which made me see myself as a failure in the first place.

Well, if it helps, I can help tutor you, cuz bio is one of my best subjects.

Whenever you think you are alone, look around you. Even a book can be a friend. Go to someone who can help. Even when you feel like you need to be alone. Just tell someone. Once, someone told me about everything in thier life that they needed help with. I had just witnessed them almost break up with their closest friend and they needed someone to listen. They felt much better afterwards. If you need any help, ASK!
