Yep, especially if you're prone to sweating there. Pimples don't just favor your face. Unfortunately. I've gotten them in stranger places, which shall remain nameless. ;)

Just keep an eye on it. Around the breasts be aware of unusual lumps or swelling, redness it could be signs of something else.
