HOW IS THE ACCURACY OF THE BIBLE VERSUS SOMETHING LIKE MORMON BOOKS? The Christian Bible is the one & only Word of God. It is absolutely unique, in that aspect, to any other book from other faiths & belief systems. Think about this: the Bible contains 66 different books all put together into one; yet never once does it contradict itself. All 66 have a central theme from beginning to end, which points to the Messiah, Jesus Christ. All the information is completely compatible throughout the Old & New Testaments. The Bible had 40 authors, over 1500 plus years, in 3 languages, on 3 continents & written by people with completely different moods, attitudes & cultural views. Most didn't know each other. Yet, with over 700,000 words, the entire Bible NEVER ONCE contradicts itself. Now that certainly has the stamp of God's authority on it. Contrast that with the supposed scriptures of other belief systems like Mormonism, which veers way off the truth, so much so that their books don't even agree with each other. And each is completely messed up on its own. The whole doctrine is a train wreck. And why is that? With all due respect, it is because of the old saying, "like father, like son." Joseph Smith Jr., the founder of Mormonism (a lying con artist, as his father was), told a big old tall tale, which began that new religion. Ever since, the leadership of Mormonism has been trying their best to cover up the lies. In fact, there have been around 40,000 textual changes from Mormonism’s original written teachings. Christians have caused many of those changes by pointing out the inconsistencies. Of course that has not helped it become less of a false belief system.
