I know, I was born there. But not a lot of photos of where I live now of a lightening strike in snow storm. Actually scared me some and I lived in Florida for 12 years in lightening alley, so I am very use to lightening.

Oh that's called thunder snow, and is nothing more than a cold rainstorm. Just be glad it's not hailing and lightninging

No, it was a lot of lightening and it was a mix of sleet and snow. The thunder was impressive too. I had heard thunder during snow storms before, but it was the lightening in the snow at dusk that really got to me and I grew up with lightening in Florida.

Lightning and snow is called thundersnow. That's thundersnow.
