I don't think he's saying all liberals are SJWs, cause of course that's not true. I think he's trying to make the point that some of them take the 'woke' stuff too far. That being said, those people are at the extremes and not representative of the majority of liberals(who are rational, unlike SJWs), so I'll admit generalizing wasn't the best way to make the point.
