Look at the pages the images are hosted on. Those pages contain the tags.

Google captcha uses humans to OCR image text. Your hashtags ate too small for anyone to read.

Take a look at these 3 random examples - the #'s listed in the description are not from the tags, human or OCR tech has read the small print :-)
