With drastic long term repercussions as well this kind of thing erodes at the very fabric of our country but that is just it. They don't care at all about the Country as it is now.
no, they have some dystopian vision where we are all equally poor and they are the fat cat elites. America's greatness is destroyed for Socialism. To quote Joni Mitchell, "Don't it always seem to go That you don't know what you've got Till it's gone They paved paradise And put up a parking lot."

The number one issue with Humanity is the inability to enjoy what we have now. Humanity always desires more. More power, more control, more laws, more money. It is never satisfied. The 7 deadly sins. The bible warned us.
