Yeah, anytime! Just work hard and here are some tips that helped me:
1. Don't focus on one type of meme (meaning don't just make all your memes on one topic, vary them so more people can enjoy them.)
2. Submit your images to different streams, not all the same streams, if you have a really good one, submit it to teh fun stream.
3. Don't worry yourself, it takes a while for people to follow you. I know it took me a long time!
