Erin just lauches him into a nearby skyscraper with one kick, but doesn't chase after him for a followup attack

He generates five strings on each of his fingertips and slices a skyscraper into pieces heading towards Erin

she lets it fall on her, and when from the cloud of dust, he see's her striding forward, a magnum revolver in her left hand, sword in her right.

she creates five after images, and surrounds him with them

Dio then slices all of the Erins into pieces.

((city block level means that his strongest feat scales to having the attack power to one block of a city. that would mean someone who's small continent tier (like Erin) can level all of europe at once.))

before the real one can be cut, she appears behind him, smacks him across the street with the flat of her blade, then shoots a few snakeshot bullets ((buckshot but can fit in a revolver)) at him

Dio; I'll tell you when if you beat me. However, that will never happen! He then shoots a horde bullets at Erin

Due to her speed, time seems to slow down for her. she dodges them all, and to the average by stander, it seems like she didn't even move, and she returns fire with not just bullets, but throwing needles as well, and one of the needles hits the inside of his left elbow, paralyzing his forearm. she runs up, grabs him by that wrist, lifts him up, slams him into the ground, and when he bounces back up, she kicks him in the spine, sending him flying again.

"gonna have to do better than that!"

(How about we get Mono in the fun? So then if I can kill her oc then Erin could go full power!)
While Flying in the air Dio generated huge amounts of string and started to ravel it up in the shape of an eagle. He then uses the eagle to soar over to Erin.
Dio; Come on and show your real power!

From a behind, dio was hit by a hard force.

Dio took the attack head on and shot a string bullet behind him.

Erin channels the void, and literally makes a wall of concentrated nonexistance, making a black hole that absorbs the eagle.

"huh, didn't even realize I could make a black hole."

((all dio really has to do is piss her off, so like strike a nerve by bringing up her past or something, connect it to him in some way, and she'll go batshit. something to do with the steel veil or sum shit, your choice))

just before the eagle collides with her, she goes to her untapped Tainted angel form. Her clothes go pitch black with purple accents, her hair goes a darker purple than before with pitch black highlights, and she grows horns with a black and purple spiral pattern. the energy exherted is enough to send dio flying.

"this isn't all out, I can't go that far on purpose. but this is the best I can do as of right now."

the pure void energy is causing the area around Erin to look like empty nothingness.

Dio then put his feet on the string constructed eagle. He then spun around on it really fast, causing the eagle to heat up at insane levels. He then throws the eagle at Erin.

He burned the string with the hidden flamethrower in the demonshammer and then smacked him again.

Dio again took the hit head on, and wove a web around Marks arm.

Now mark jumped through a portal to ambush dio.

He brushed it off.

While Mark tried to brush the webs off, Dio used his powers to unravel into string and then ravel into a huge string. He used it to smack Mark though a skyscraper.

But he teleports out of the way.
“nice going, steve.”
He slashes him with a wing.

Dio again took the attack head on, and blood came gushing out of Dio's chest. But then Dio used his blood to blind Mark!

“I can see without eyes.” He goes in for a kick.

The Dio used the raveled string whip to smack Mark through a skyscraper.
