Conspiracy theory!

Ok, I have many things to contradict this. For one, Black Butler was supposed to be a full on yaoi between Ciel and Sebastian, but Yana Toboso decided it would be better to show bits of their relationships. So, having Sebastian be Vincent wouldn’t make sense. Good theory with lots of thought, though.

But disregarding the yaoi aspect it makes sense.

Okay. What if Sebastian is Vincent Phantomhive. He looks and acts a lot like Vincent in the first place but what if he faked his death and changed his form then came back to protect his child? Its kinda stupid but i mean, come on. It can't be too far fetched. They are also about the same height and have the same body type. Their hairstyles are different and so are their eye color and hair color but if Sebastian is a demon who changes for that would be simple for him to do. What if he wasn't actually in the manor when it burned down and was fighting with mafia and they stormed his house while he was gone. That's why he couldn't save his wife and children. Then he gets his fatherly instinct and finds his children but can only rescue one. Our Ciel dosen't know this and assumes he is just a stranger. Although he dose feel safe with him because he is his father after all. Then when Real Ciel comes Sebastian is in shock. What if that's because he thought his son was dead? It makes sense to me.
