At this point the Matrix has become so refined that they have learned how to operate many Matrix some are matrix within the Matrix itself. That way they have enabled their ability to move on to other planets and other life forms. Ergo the infinite loop of the Matrix become seamless with reality.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ANOMALY IS TO DRAW THEM IN, ERGO CREATING A DIGITAL SIGNATURE WITH THEIR VERY INPUTS, ALLOWING THEM TO BE CATALOGED BY BELIEFS, THOUGHTS, DESIRES.
