WTF hxh is a good anime

Yeah HXH is a GREAT anime particularly the 1999 version but I didn't mean it wasn't a good anime. I meant that Gon is not heroic and is actually a very dark character.

jotaro is a good hero but : he left his daughter to play with his uncle, he bet his friends soul without asking, he looked at starfish for 10 years instead of practicing how to stop time, resulting in the literal (SPOILER FOR STONE OCEAN) end of the universe where if he had practiced he could of saved everyone etc.

I've only gotten about ~10 episodes into Stardust Crusaders
But I don't really get the vibe that Jotaro is a good person, especially compared to Jonathan and Joseph.

Jotaro is GREAT person and he secretly adores Holly but is a tsundere son. The thing with Jotaro is he hides his gentleness with a tough facade but I'll give you a little spoiler. When it's done he says goodbye to his friends with actual tears in his eyes.
