Democrats used the whistleblower report as evidence to open the entire investigation. Rep. Mike Quigley declared in a hearing this week, that hearsay evidence is better than direct evidence.

That's why I've been saying that I PRAY they pass an impeachment vote, because then it lands in the Senate trial, where there are rules to follow (and where the Democrats are screwed)

Vindman isn't the whistleblower. Either you can't read, or you don't know anything about what's going on in Congress.



Schiff, during testimony, prevented Vindman from revealing the name of one person he talked to about the Ukraine phone call - saying that he was not allowed to reveal the name of the whistleblower. This confirms that Vindman spoke to the whistleblower (against the advise of his own lawyer). The whistleblower claimed to have heard it from someone who was on the call, and Vindman was on the call.
