Who cares? Any reasonable person looks at that and understands there's an explicit understanding that Boris Johnson was offering a trade of support for the NHS in exchange for support for the EU. And the Tories have gone on record saying that they have no commitment to honor that. So spare me your crocodile tears over Corbyn and the NHS.
