In my opinion, as soon as the suspect encroached upon another's rights and robs them of it the said suspect loses ALL rights. Death sentences should be carried out the way they killed their victims. If they raped and strangled they should be raped a strangled. They should not have the luxury of a "painless" death by lethal injection.
