If you have suicidal thoughts, I really recommend contacting a mental health professional about them. Psychiatric help shouldn't be underestimated. It has helped so many people and I have a very personal experience of that.
Accepting help is the most rational thing to do.
It's also wise to talk about this with a trusted person face-to-face, whoever that might be (a family member, friend, anyone)
Just don't stay alone with the thoughts.
And don't forget hotlines such as 988, you can always call them! 866-903-3787 is a good one too.
Even if the thoughts feel impossible to ignore sometimes, the situation may get a lot better in some time. They aren't permanent. Do things you enjoy to keep them away and live one day at a time. But most importantly: talk with a professional. I can't stress it enough.
