The problem is the tabloids run a game of risk management. They expect, and allow for being sued. Costly to chase them and when they lose they get further publicity. Should disbar the reporters and editors that are found to fill up one of these rags - banning works in other industries such as law, medicine, real estate, teaching etc etc. I am not talking about curbing freedom of speech here. Just stop the unnecessary meddling and actively trying to destroy people
