How dare I avoid Minecraft? So in a way you are saying how dare I enjoy Fortnite more.

I am not attacking you for liking Minecraft more than Fortnite. In fact, I believe it is good that you do. After all, if people only liked Fortnite, than Mojang would not have as many fans and Minecraft would be dead (and I don't want that). I think that it is good that games have people who like and dislike them. It is good for balancing reasons and because it gives credit where credit is due to two amazing games :)
