It's evidence that the White House is supposed to record, have, and release on request from the Inspector General precisely to avoid this kind of situation. If they don't do that, it's obstruction of justice. They brought it on themselves.
No, he keeps records. It's only evidence if there is a crime. And shocker! Nobody can point to an actual crime. NOBODY. Which is why they are desperately crawling up his ass for anything they can find lol

The crime was not complying with the request from the Inspector General. He HAS to do that. And if there's no evidence, that's on him, because he's the one who's supposed to be keeping the records that clear things up in these situations.
