Her 2nd place science prize is a nice achievment in 2007 at high school but I might point out it doesnt fit with her lying narrative of being Sandy from the Bronx. She lived a priviliged all her life. The most accurate description for her is the scene from Happy Gilmore where the principal tells him that we are all stupider for having had to listen to him.
