This here is blitz.
An evil king who just needs a break from evil plans and went to the bar. He knows about the 4 spears which power a mystical device named the reactor. he plans on harnessing the powers of these spears.
Age is around... welll, however many years most kings are.
Sometime’s he’ll stop at the bar.

“You ever been contained for that long?”

"No, not really. I'm not that old."

“Maybe it was.....someone in this bar?”

“She’s only been gone for a year, I miss her so much.”

"Again, I am sorry..." he said. He drank his liquor, and looked at him. "Who do you think did it?"

“I never saw it happen...I just heard the gunshot and then she’s in a puddle of blood.....”

“Uhh....”
“Hey..?”

"Okay, now you're just pushing the envelope, buddy. I don't know her, man." he said, sipping his scotch

“Okay. Just making sure.”

"I don't murder people." he said, emptying his glass. "The last time I killed someone was..." he stopped

“When?”

"Goodness... 3 years ago, maybe..." he said. He shuddered at the thought.

“I don’t even like humans that much.”

"I can tell." he said, sipping his drink. "So... what's the point of being a villain?"

“I knew how to give powers to others at the time. Being that powerful meant people though I was a huge threat, so they locked me up for 6000 years....”

“Uh.... nice... mask?” He said in a bit of a worried way

"You're a villain, aren't you?" he asked him in a smooth and cool voice

“Ah, it’s hard to be nice when you’re evil but just need a break away from it.”

"Why be evil?" he asked him, brushing off his suit

“Ever since my only friend was killed in a bar. like this one. Luno was the only one I had.”

"And so, turning into a might tyrant is the only solution?"

“uhhgg.”

"I'll take that as a yes." he said. "Would you like something to drink?"

“sure.... I Ya know, I’m not always evil. sometimes I need to take breaks.

"Yeah, I understand." he said. He ordered a drink, and the bartender brought a bottle that said "BLACK LAMB SCOTCH" on it. "I'm sorry about your friend... can you tell me more about them?"

“Luno was the only one who ever wanted to be friends with me.
To celebrate friendship, we went to this same bar one night.
When luno got shot in the eye.
ever since then i’ve been driven to show the world to never reject me once again.”

"Sounds... sad." he said, pouring him a glass

“by any chance were you the one who shot her?”

"No. I don't think so. The last time I shot someone was a couple of weeks ago." he said, taking off his mask revealing his two face scars ((Go to the first comment for details)).

“Do you remember shooting a blue pyramid?”

"No, I don't. I've met a person who had a triangular prism for a head, but I've never shot anybody who was a blue pyramid."

He pulled out a picture.”Do you remember this?”

"Don't know. I don't go over there." he said. "Now, c'mon, let's go outside." he said

“I totally forgot we were in a plaza....oof.”

"My condolences." he said. "Do you want me to help you find the killer?"

“YES!”

"Alright, alright, don't scream." he said as some patrons turned around for a second

“Well...how do we find out...?”

"Where was the last time you spoke to your friend?"

“Right before we entered the bar.”

"Right..." he said as he got up. "C'mon, let's look."

“They have a special area here for bar fights.. is it interesting?”
