She said she feels much better, clearly because Batman is behind bars. Then she calls him "Mister Snake", because she is polite, and said she wanted to feel something she hasnt seen before - happiness. Clearly, Robin facilitated this by locking Batman away.
The snake, recognizing she has never been happy before, tells her about Club Hypnosis, probably a trendy new dance club, which would put her in a trance. And, as we all know, entranced is defined as "fill (someone) with wonder and delight".
