All Think-Tankers are required to adhere to the stream rules, which includes respect for others. I'm thinking your meme is meant in jest, but if you encounter this type of behavior (and it is not in jest) please let myself or one of the other MOD's know as this won't be tolerated. That said, this stream is meant to provoke thoughtful discussion and although your meme displays a humorous depiction of an interaction in the stream I don't see a question here. Do you have something for everyone to consider with regards to this subject matter? Please keep that in mind when you submit your memes, wouldn't want you to waste your daily submissions!

I'm not saying it is offensive, I'm just saying that if the interaction described in the meme actually were to occur and it was not intended just to be funny (like OM above, lol) then that behavior is not allowed here. I don't see anything wrong with the meme, other than it does not pose a question or topic for discussion necessarily for the Think Tank to talk about. My recommendation was to maybe just reword it into a question.

Thanks for asking! I'm afraid I'll have to defer that to Kate as I don't think I have permissions to do that. However, I'll say she holds high standards for who she asks and there is typically an age requirement in most cases so that those moderating the stream will be more likely to have a more mature approach to their decision making. It will be up to her, but I think you may still be a little young...keep posting and commenting here, I've seen you post some good questions so if you can build a good rapport with everyone and demonstrate that you can handle yourself well, you might be considered later on.
