Depends entirely on the players playing them. However, casually I think Incineroar is better. Has some powerful spammy moves.

Might not beat Lariat though. If not, spamming Lariat would beat most of Sonic's approaches. Either way, I'm not a main of either of these two characters. Not sure who would be better.
