i really think this is some kind of exclusive or'ed function:
Either the Ice-Cream machine doesn't work or the Milk-Shake Machine doesn't work.
Neither do both not work at the same time and nor do both work at the same time.
And because they do not like to disappoint all the little McFlurry and Happy Meal loving Brats of their customers, whose would throw onto their back and start screaming irrationally until they get their McFlurry and their Happy Meal, the number of times the Milk-Shake Machine isn't working is unequally higher.
