Looks like fed up citizens of San Fran decided to take matters into their own hands and place boulders on sidewalks to ‘keep drug users from having space to shoot up as they camp out overnight.’ One concerned resident said, ‘Since the rocks, it has helped. We’ve got to do something. I feel like there is nothing being done.’
Sounds familiar...using a large immovable object as a tool for combating illegal behavior.
