First decide what type of event week you want to do, then if you want to get a co-host ask those who would be interested. Then decide when to do it. Advertise the event a few days in advance to give people a chance to think on it. Then BAM! When the day arrives be available to up vote and comment on all the participating memes. Don't forget to tell people to tag ther memes accordingly so you can find them more easily.
