The Romans recorded executions, not resurrections

The earliest mention of Jesus outside the Bible occurs around 55 CE from a historian named Thallos.

There are two passages in the writings of the Jewish historian Josephus, and one from the Roman historian Tacitus, that are generally considered good evidence.

There is only one classical writer who refers positively to Jesus and that is Mara bar Serapion, a Syriac Stoic, who wrote a letter to his son, who was also named Serapion, from a Roman prison. Around 73AD.

You jump right past the Roman historian Tacitus...but OK.

How many historians do you think existed in the ancient world? The Jews were subjugated by the Romans, lower class. Jesus had an impact and was written about....did you expect a receipt from his hairdresser? A cancelled check?

My only argument was that he existed.

Just think, in the next 100 years, it will be like you never existed. At least after 2000 years, people still remember and worship Jesus. HA!

Oh one more thing, while no one will know who you were, because you will never be known, billions will still be worshipping and believing in Jesus Christ!
