Heard a new one today

i did some charity when i was younger helping with mentally challenged people. there was an arguement of what to call them, and this kid with down syndrome said we are retarded thats what we are, they didnt like being called challenged

at that time they were calling them Special Needs, the weird thing was the whole crowd of them agreed they wanted to be called retarded

idk but that sticks in my mind and its proly been thirty years ago

anyways ive never heard Developmentally Delayed until today watchin crime stories
