Don’t steal his xbox or hit him! Instead hide something of value or something he needs like homework, or a video game. Then after he realizes it’s missing and goes out to find a replacement for the “missing” object, put the object on his desk or somewhere else in plain sight, so when he comes back he feels stupid and also wasted his money.
Don’t like that one? Here’s another form of revenge: watch where your brother puts his feet to stand up every time he gets out of bed. Once you learn that fill up a bucket of water and leave it, during the night, in the place he puts his feet when he gets up in the morning.
In the morning when he gets up he will trip on the bucket and get the floor wet.
Revenge.
