Which will be cheaper to upgrade or repair? (Unless one has an inherent ability to achieve your goal I would go with economics in a tie breaker)

Maybe the BMW will be cheaper to repair and to upgrade, since 2002 Bentley's are pretty expensive nowadays. I was thinking of also doing a 2jz or rotary swap if I get the BMW

Oh well it's been a while lol. I was thinking pretty big back then, didn't manage to get any of those. Ended up with a 1990 Ford Del Rey, a Brazilian-built luxe sedan, as my daily driver. Pretty good car!

Just looked it up, looks like a ‘90s descendant of the Weasley’s flying Ford Anglia from Harry Potter. Is it as cool as it looks?

Yes! It's a great car, it's also deceivably light (only about 1100kg believe it or not), and the engine in mine is loved by us, Brazilians, for being basically Brazil's 2JZ in terms of tuneability lol. And yes, maturing I did realize that the Bentley would've been an atrociously expensive drift car, though I'd still love one for daily driving as you said
