Florida was supposed to be ANNIHILATED! The next thing we know, they were forecasting it to abruptly turn to the northeast. And unfortunately for many people in the Carolinas, that's exactly what it did!
Right after we moved away from Pensacola Florida the area we lived in got hit hard and it was flooded like crazy. Then when we moved from South Carolina THAT got flooded. Spooky!
Back in 91, I moved back here to Rhode Island from North Fort Myers, FL. Less than a month later, an F-3 tornado hit Fort Myers right where I used to walk on a daily basis!
