Actually, this is a 3 Aspect (3 Bulb) FYA signal. For those of you who don't live in the US, a FYA (Flashing Yellow Arrow) signal means you have to yield to oncoming traffic before completing the left turn. This FYA Signal uses a Bimodal Arrow. A Bimodal Arrow can display either a green arrow or a yellow arrow. In this case, we see the Bimodal Arrow doing the Green Protected Arrow (Not shown) and the Flashing Yellow Arrow (Shown in photo).
