Those are generally called "birth defects", also termed "deformities". Genetic combination is not always successful. Diploidy and triploidy are interesting chromosomal abnormalities...sad for the expecting parents, but interesting.

Nature weeds out those unfit to reproduce. In cases of those with genetic defects resulting in incomplete or deformed genitalia, it literally prevents them from reproducing. Those with mechanical issues may be repairable, but not genetic defects affecting reproductive organs (testes, ovaries).

Does it matter? It's not hard to get pictures from Vegas. Unless you're there in the winter, it's hard to even tell what time of year it is (and winter is only distinguishable because people aren't wearing shorts).
