Which the electoral college does not do. It obstructs nothing except mob rule and the will of a few cities to dominate the other states. EC is a genius idea that the ignorance of the left fails to appreciate.

That said. Education is far too accessible as it is. Fewer colleges are needed. Not more. We need more tradespeople than useless degree holders.
