Theme song week would probably work pretty well.
All you really need to do is decide when you want to do it. I've found it's best to give it a couple weeks after a big theme week.
Then you just need to make posts to advertise, I like to start a week or two out for mine.
I'm up to help you advertise and I can already think of a couple posts.
