When someone comments to you that reddit has deemed "Me and the Boys" meme passé

I tell these people that this is not Reddit and if they like Reddit so much then why did they come here? Places like that are boring to me. I think we make fun use of templates and captions around here. Further, as far as "Me and the Boys" go, on imgflip at least, the caption of "Me and the Boys" has become the meme and the original template just one of the many that can go with it. We flippers have taken it and made it something better.

I have browsed their site. I dislike their format and their memes aren't that great. Don't know why they think they are the Holy Grail for memes.
